This document provides information about the technologies that enable this Application to achieve the objectives described below. These technologies allow the Owner to collect and store information (e.g., through the use of Cookies) or to use resources (e.g., by running a script) on the User's device when interacting with this Application.
For convenience, in this document, these technologies are briefly referred to as "Tracking Tools," unless there is a reason to differentiate them. For example, although Cookies can be used on both web and mobile browsers, it is improper to talk about Cookies in the context of mobile applications, as they are Tracking Tools that require the presence of a browser. Therefore, in this document, the term Cookie is used only to specifically indicate that particular type of Tracking Tool.
Some of the purposes for which Tracking Tools are used may require the User's consent. If consent is provided, it can be freely revoked at any time by following the instructions in this document.
This Application uses Tracking Tools managed directly by the Owner (commonly referred to as "first-party" Tracking Tools) and Tracking Tools that enable services provided by third parties (commonly referred to as "third-party" Tracking Tools). Unless otherwise specified in this document, such third parties have access to their respective Tracking Tools.
The duration and expiration of Cookies and other similar Tracking Tools may vary depending on the Owner's settings or each third-party provider. Some of them expire at the end of the User's browsing session. In addition to what is specified in the description of each of the categories below, Users can obtain more detailed and updated information on the duration, as well as any other relevant information, such as the presence of other Tracking Tools, in the privacy policies of their respective third-party providers (via the links provided) or by contacting the Owner.
To ensure the operation or provision of the Service, this Application uses Cookies commonly defined as "technical" or other similar Tracking Tools.
sessionStorage (this Application)
sessionStorage allows this Application to store and retrieve data directly from the User's browser. Data present in sessionStorage is automatically deleted at the end of the session, i.e., when the browser tab is closed.
Personal Data processed: Tracking Tools.
Users have several options to manage preferences related to Tracking Tools and to give or withdraw consent if necessary.
Users can directly control Tracking Tools preferences through their device settings, for example, by preventing the use or storage of such tools.
When consent is required for the use of Tracking Tools, Users can give or withdraw such consent by configuring their preferences in the cookie notice or using the privacy widget, if available.
Users can delete previously saved Tracking Tools using specific browser or device functions, including those used to store consent preference-related information.
Removing Tracking Tools from the browser's local memory is possible by clearing the browsing history.
Regarding third-party Tracking Tools, Users can manage preferences by visiting the opt-out link (if available), using the tools indicated in the third party's privacy policy, or contacting the third party directly.
Users have the option to find instructions on how to manage Cookies on some of the most common browsers by consulting the following addresses:
Additionally, Users have the option to manage some Tracking Tools for mobile applications by disabling them through specific device settings, such as mobile advertising settings or general tracking settings (exact instructions may vary, so Users can check their device settings to find relevant ones).
Despite the information provided above, Users are informed about the possibility of accessing useful information on YourOnlineChoices (for the EU and the UK), Network Advertising Initiative (for the USA), Digital Advertising Alliance (for the USA), DAAC (for Canada), DDAI (for Japan), and other similar services. Through such services, it is possible to manage the tracking preferences of most advertising tools. The Data Controller therefore suggests Users to use these resources as a complement to the information provided in this document.
Additionally, the Digital Advertising Alliance provides an application called AppChoices, which assists Users in controlling behavioral advertising on mobile applications.
Users have the right to decide whether to allow the use of Tracking Tools. However, it is important to note that these tools allow this Application to offer Users an enhanced experience and advanced features, in line with the goals outlined in this document. Consequently, if the User chooses to prevent the use of Tracking Tools, the ability of the Data Controller to provide related features may be limited.

Since the Data Controller does not have complete control over the use of third-party Tracking Tools in this Application, any specific mention of such tools should be considered indicative. For detailed information, Users are kindly requested to consult the privacy policies of the third-party services listed in this document.
Given the intrinsic complexity of identifying tracking technologies, Users are encouraged to contact the Data Controller for further details on the use of such technologies in this Application.
